Our Team

Kevin assists our clients from planning to closing, and his focus is making sure the details of the build are taken care of. He ensures that clients, staff, realtors, and subcontractors are all on the same page so that every project goes as smoothly as possible. Overall, he ensures client satisfaction with the home building experience.

Michelle specializes in managing design elements, contracts, and client relationships. She is in tune with all aspects of the design process, as well as overseeing budgetary logistics, and she truly is the glue that holds all the details together.

Lauren graduated from UCA with a bachelor's degree in communications in May of 2021. Lauren has been working for Kevin and Michelle ever since, and she makes sure everything in the office is taken care of. Lauren is a true asset to Watson Homes and our clients. We couldn't do it without her!

Ross is an anchor to the Watson Team, and he is a native of Conway. Ross graduated from the University of Arkansas with an engineering degree. He brings that knowledge and a strong work ethic to Watson Homes as a true asset to our clients.

Theresa graduated from UCA with an accounting degree and has worked for several public and private accounting firms. She has 36 years of experience and takes care of AP/AR, payroll, and all financial reports. Theresa is a true asset to Watson Homes and our clients. We couldn’t do it without her.
